    Founded in 1903, it's the leading professional organization for the study of political science and serves more than 15,000 members in over 80 countries.
  • International Political Science Association
    Founded in 1949 under UNESCO sponsorship IPSA concentrates on its triennial scholarly meetings and sponsorship of roundtables and workshops.
  • Western Political Science Association
    Founded in 1948, headquartered at California State University at Sacramento and comprised of more than 1000 political scientists, WPS promotes the study and teaching of government and politics, to foster research and to facilitate the discussion of public affairs.
