When you are researching music topics at CSUDH, you will need to search in databases that cover more than just music. Below, in addition to a music-specific database, you will find some general humanities databases that include articles on music and performance.

Humanities (Full Text) This link opens in a new window Use this database to find full-text articles from humanities disciplines including history, literature, art history, philosophy, film studies, and more.
JSTOR This link opens in a new window Core journals in the humanities, social sciences, sciences, and mathematics. Includes some primary sources and book reviews. A great place to find older, digitized issues. Recent issues are not always available in JSTOR.
